You read that right. Après at The Amp is BACK, and it’s even BIGGER than before! All thanks to last year’s astounding winter inauguration, the Vail Valley Foundation once again opens two nights of the EDM soundfest that rocked the state of Colorado down to its core at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheatre. The event will premiere on a Friday night this April 5th, headlined by Bob Moses and Daily Bread, with special support from AMBA!

“Opening The Amp for winter shows takes a ton of time & effort, and we couldn’t do it without the support of our incredible partners. [We are] honored to partner with the Town of Vail, Vail Resorts, AEG Presents and CELSIUS Energy to bring some of the biggest names in electronic dance music to The Amp,” Dave Dressman, Vail Valley Foundation VP, stated.

Don’t miss out on thrilling front-stage views of Bob Moses, the critically acclaimed deep house duo based out of Vancouver! Renowned across North America for their smoothly voiced hybrids of mid-tempo dance-pop and moody club music, members Tom Howie and Jimmy Vallance will transport you into a hypnotizing realm filled with their most-streamed tracks such as “Inner Light” and the GRAMMY Award-winning single “Tearing Me Up.” The pair have released three top-rated studio albums under the Domino Recording Company: Days Gone By, Battle Lines, and The Silence in Between, notching the Billboard AA #1 hit “Love Brand New” and US Dance/Electronic chart-placers "Back Down" and “Hanging On.”

As for our next act, the city of Atlanta sends in their electro-soul representative Rhett Whatley, AKA Daily Bread, hot off the success of his latest full-length record, Invisible Cinema. A jazz-trained multi-instrumentalist with an ear for hip-hop beats and experimental melodies, this musician will hook you in with the tracks that have him top merch and vinyl sales, which may include club classics “Next Level Style,” “Moon Slips Aways,” and “Gone On A Purple Cloud.” Up-and-coming scene artist AMBA will hop aboard the set to give support, showing off innovative tunes that are well on their way to becoming bonafide hits.

Setting itself apart from most EDM events, Après at The Amp will employ a uniquely memorable outdoor experience LIVE at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheatre, featuring scenic vistas of surrounding mountain and garden regions. The venue utilizes exceptional stage and sound technology to elevate Bob Moses and Daily Bread’s electrifying beats to the highest level.
